Get in touch with the innovation platform
The Innovation Platform can be your sparring partner to formalise your idea. Set up a meeting with your line manager, the deputy general director and someone from the innovation cloud to go a bit deeper in your Initial thoughts and understand how to move forwards.
Before the meeting, try to gather as much relevant data and information as possible. You will be asked to quantify the problem or opportunity as much as possible, provide details and clarify its impact on the organisation's overall work.
Tip: Don't be shy
There are no right or wrong ideas and you are not expected to contact the Innovation Platform with the perfect process or solution already in mind. Start the conversation with an open mind, trust your inspiration, feelings and intuition… the Innovation Platform will help you by providing a method to follow!
Warning: not all innovation can take place at once
The initial brainstorming is also essential to understand and prioritise the problem, idea or opportunity within the broader innovation roadmap. The bigger and more relevant the opportunity or problem, the greater the chances that your project will get immediate MT approval and resources.
